Your daily food meals should include:

bread and other whole-grain products;

fruits; 

vegetables; 

dairy products;

meat, poultry and fish.

Grains, breads and cereals give us B vitamins which help turn the food we eat into energy.

Vegetables provide vitamin A which helps us have heathy skin and good eye-sight. 

Fruits give us vitamin C which helps our bodies heal and grow new cells

Your body doesn’t need fat. Get fat from fish, nuts and vegetable oils.

Meat, fish, beans and nuts give us protein and iron which help build stronger muscles and prevent infections,

Dairy products are very important. They provide calcium which helps build strong bones and teeth.
