the beauty of British scenery, to see ancient sights and to practice the

In conclusion I’d like to
say that I want to visit this wonderful country.

you know the state symbols of Great Britain?
The main state symbols of
Great Britain are the state emblem – The Coat of Arms of the UK and the flag, known
as the Union Jack which is made up of 3 crosses. Each part of the UK has its
own emblem: the emblem of England is the rose, the emblem of Scotland is the
thistle, the emblem of Wales is the daffodil, and the emblem of Northern
Ireland is shamrock.
3. What
questions will you ask a British teenager about the royal family?
1.
Who
is the heir to the British throne?
2.
What
are the hobbies of the Queen?
3.
Have
you ever seen a member of the Royal family?
4. What
historical places can you advise me to visit in England?
I think you should visit the
City, the oldest part of London where you can see St. Paul’s Cathedral, the
greatest English church which was built in the 17th century. The
most visited sight of the City is the Tower of London. It was founded in the 11th
century. The Tower was used as a fortress, a palace and a prison.
Now the Tower of London is a
museum and you can also see the Ceremony of Keys here.
5. They
say that the British are quite reserved. What do you think about it?
For everyone, England is a country
where people always have a polite smile on their faces. It’s not really like
that. Typical Englishmen are more emotional. Almost all foreigners believe that
people in Britain do everything to make the interlocutor interesting. In my
opinion, English restraint is part of politeness and nothing more.
