Summer Holidays

 Summer holidays are my favourite time of the year. They last for three months, from June to August. For me, it is a great time to relax, forget about school lessons, and have fun.

During my summer holidays, I usually spend a lot of time outdoors. I ride my bicycle, play football with my friends, and swim in the lake or river. When the weather is rainy, I like reading interesting books, watching movies, or playing computer games. In July or August, I often visit my grandparents in the countryside. I help them in the garden, go to the forest to pick mushrooms and berries, and enjoy nature. Sometimes my family goes to the seaside or visits beautiful historical places in Belarus, like Mir Castle or Nesvizh. 

In conclusion, summer holidays always go by very quickly, but they give me a lot of energy and great memories for the whole year.
