Budget

 A family budget shows all the money that comes into the family. People usually spend their money on things like housing, school, clothes, food, cars and other things.

The government's budget shows how much money it plans to get and where it will spend that money. It usually spends money on such things as education, roads, energy, etc.

If you spend more money than you get, you will have a "budget deficit".

To make your own budget you need to write down every single thing you spend money on every week. Then you need to add up how much you get from pocket money. Subtract the money you spend from the money you earn. If there's money left over , it means you are doing well.
